Data Linking and User Identity

Data Collection and User Identity: The data we collect (Device ID, Advertising Data) may be linked to your device identity for the purpose of serving non-personalized advertisements and ensuring app functionality. However, this data is NOT used to track you across apps and websites, create user profiles, or show personalized advertisements.

User Tracking

We do NOT track users across apps and websites. Our App does not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework because we do not engage in user tracking activities. The data we collect is not linked with third-party data for advertising purposes or shared with data brokers for tracking purposes.

4. Data Storage

All game-related data (high scores, settings preferences) is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data:

Remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers
Can be deleted by uninstalling the App
Is not accessible by other apps or third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The limited data collected through AdMob is subject to Google's privacy practices as described above. We do not share your data with data brokers or use it for tracking purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for users of all ages (rated 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
